The world is a pretty magical place and it is all here for US… that is a weird thought. Turns out when you face your fears, they often turn out not to be that scary.


Killing Your Own Vibe

3 steps to keep the vibe ALIVE:

(1) Focus On Your Needs

learn to put yourself first. your health & your happiness. engage in the things you love and the things that ‘light your fire’ often and prioritize them!

(2) Emit Positivity →

know which thoughts to cling onto and which ones to let pass by. SIMPLE HAPPY THOUGHTS and small expressions of |:gratitude:| stimulate a healthy neurological environment for your brain to fire off ‘happy hormones’ like [serotonin & dopamine].

(3) The Little Things →

LET GO OF THEM. Be present, enjoy where you are at every moment. Gripping onto every last little problem life loves to t h r o w our way is simply counter productive. Change your perspective, raise your vibrations, and allow yourself to be open to play c a t c h.


Poisoning My Own Thoughts

We often get so caught up, we become N U M B to our <toxic> environments. Take a step back and consider all the things your mind has to filter through on a daily basis.

  • What do you *focus* on in the day?

  • How do you u n w i n d ?

  • Are you expressing yourself HEALTHFULLY?

  • What kind of music do you listen to?

  • Do you watch the news regularly?

  • Are your close relationships (helpful) or (harmful)?

  • Who do you surround yourself with?

  • In what kind of -tone- do you SPEAK to people in?

Woah.

ANY one of these can t r a n s l a t e 2 —> negativity & derogative outlooks on [[ yourself & your surroundings]].

Time to detox.

CLEAR your mental space, reflect often and consider each of these one-by-one to assure your mind stays PURE+POSITIVE.

Forgetting My Power

No one knows how we got here or why we are here, but the MY$T3RY of it all is what ….>keeps us t h r i v i n g<… day-in & day-out.

You are a true life force.

Do not ever forget that.

Things that make us feel powerless DO NOT SERVE US

therefore : do not belong

Just by nature alone, we are ~created~ with every cell in our bodies just as powerfully as the [sun rising in the morning] and as intently as the [moon circling the earth]. We are POWERFUL beings innately ==> so remember that next time negativity seeps into your M I N D.


Getting Tangled Up With Worry

Try not to get so tangled in your web of worry…. that you forget you have a predestined path. Be confident in that.

Worry causes stress —> stress causes anxiousness —> anxiousness alerts your endocrine system —> your endocrine system then sends out chemical messengers in your bloodstream —> these messages causes hormonal fluctuations —> INCREASING cortisol. Basically... worry is bad for your health…

Learn to adapt to things out of your control.

Feigning A Smile

We sometimes get lost in the day-to-day s c r a m b l e. Some are better than others and some days we just are not having it. THAT IS OKAY. Read, reflect, learn, grow, meditate, practice understanding. Soul search.

There is only one you

so make it the best one

If you are unhappy, change something. Decide on one small thing in your life, change it, repeat the cycle, move up from there to bigger and scarier changes. But know IT IS POSSIBLE… science says…

According To The Transtheoretical Model: There Are Just 5 Stages Of Change

  1. Pre-contemplation - free floating thoughts

  2. Contemplation - consciousness and consideration

  3. Preparation - baby steps

  4. Action - walking

  5. Maintenance - tying your shoes along the way

You know how to do *all* those things… now put it all together and get to it!

Letting Others Drain My Energy

Being a human amongst other humans is really h a r d sometimes. Know that, accept that (because you cannot change that) and learn to adapt.

Build up your vitality.

Stay centered and grounded.

Remain grateful for all the things going well.

Challenge your inner self-growth and discovery.

Spend time alone to recharge.

You will never know what is going on beyond another persons eyes. Every person is fighting their own battles and may even unintentionally dim your light or lower your vibration. Stay awake and be conscious of this.
